woohoo!!!

it's the first day since i arrived in Boston where it is a sunny dday..NO RAIN!!!
hahah..so excited. but it's still cold lar.

yesterday we went CHinatown after work. was pretty nice although half the shops were closed and there were hardly anyone around...hahah..den we went grocery shopping in the chinese supermart... so COOL!!!...i finally get to see all the chinese stuff...vege, fruits, tidbits...blah blah...hhaah

den went to find the chinese bakeries to get some food and had dinenr in a korean restaurant a la 'dae jang guem' style food. i was pretty amazed at the similarity in the presentation of the dish from the show..hahah..but it was DELICIOUS!!!!heh

thinking of trying the taiwan cafe on the next trip there..hehe

but we left the pplace a little too late. so the whole area was quiet, dark , deserted and pretty much like a ghetto area. so we went to the T( their MRT is named as such) and had many encounters. the T is stopped at several areas so we had to change trains like 2 or 3 times before getting to the final destination to take a bus. then, some lunatic (we think) drunkard (pretty sure!) tried to disturb one of my frens. quiet worried that he'll stop at the same stop as us but THankGod he din. den we almost missed the stop..and the walk was freezing cold...like Yellowstone when we first arrive last yr..

but independent life is quite exciting!..
